Item(s) purchased from Stussy.co.uk must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached and be returned within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Once your order is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund to your original payment method will be processed (Shipping Charges are non-refundable). Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.

  1. Returns are made at the customers expense
  2. Duties and Taxes are non-refundable
  3. Any item(s) purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned for a refund     
  4. Returning underwear or swimwear is NOT ACCEPTABLE due to our strict hygiene policy to ensure all customers can enjoy uncompromised quality of our products, in line with Stussy's global quality and safety standard.
  5. We do not accept returns for Stussy products not purchased from Stussy.co.uk

    1. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in advance to avoid customs delays or the package being returned to you.      
    2. Provide a Commercial Invoice and completed CN22 Form or CN23 form (If applicable)  
    3.  Please indicate RETURNED GOODS as the reason for returning the merchandise with your courier. Failure to mention this may result in your package being sent back or duties being charged to the sender. 
    4. All returns are made at the customers expense

    EXCHANGES

    We do not exchange products, once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or adjusted. You can request to cancel your order but it is not guaranteed and depends if your order has entered the packing or shipment phases. If your cancelation is successful, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.

    During peak periods cancelations may not be possible as we cannot disrupt the workflow process by our warehouse team. Our warehouse team strives to dispatch orders to efficiently meet the expectations to our valued customers.

    Frequent Returns

    If you are experiencing sizing issues or consistently finding merchandise to be unsatisfactory, please contact our Customer Care team.

    To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused or we identify an unreasonable buy/return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions by blocking an account and/or cancelling future orders. 

    If you purchase 3 or more of the same style and want to return any or all of them, you must return within 14 days otherwise all sales are final*

    No podemos procesar los cambios, pero si desea devolver cualquier artículo comprado de www.stussy.co.uk, deben
